Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of order being placed not including weekends or holidays. USPS is primary shippinng source. Heirloom Quilt Co LLC is not repsonsible for lost, stolen, or damage that occurs through the shipping process. Those issues must be submitted through the proper shipping company once Heirloom Quilt Co LLC has been notified. Once orders are in the hands of the shipping carrier, Heirloom Quilt Co LLC is no longer responsible for the package. Please allow up to 48hrs for tracking to update before contacting us in regards to your order.
